The Free Laser Toolkit That Makes Text, Washers and 3D Slices
MyLaserTools is a collection of small browser utilities for connected text, 3D slicing, washers and material-specific jobs. They are not flashy, but they solve the annoying ten-minute problems that interrupt a real project.

The most useful tools are not always the ones with the most impressive landing page.
MyLaserTools is a collection of small utilities for makers: connected text, an STL slicer that turns a 3D model into 2D slices, a metric washer generator and other parametric jobs.
Small tools remove big interruptions
Connected text is useful when letters need to stay together after cutting. A washer generator is useful when the size has to be exact rather than guessed. An STL slicer is useful when a 3D form needs to become a stack of flat profiles.
None of those tasks sounds exciting. That is exactly why they are worth having in one place. They are the little jobs that send people searching through old files, downloading a trial program or drawing the same shape again.
Check the output before cutting
Browser-generated files still need a proper check. Look for duplicate paths, open shapes, incorrect units and lines that should be construction geometry rather than cut geometry.
If the tool asks for material thickness or a machine setting, write down what you entered. A generated file is only repeatable if the inputs are repeatable.
Try this first
Use the connected-text tool to make a small word in scrap card or plywood. Test the smallest letters you expect to use. If the bridges are too thin, change the type or increase the size before you design the whole sign.
