After confirmed payment, the client, subscription or invoice, portal access and request history live in ManyRequests. Portal invitations and client activation happen only when the matching ManyRequests checkout, self-signup or automation is configured.

The client signs in to ManyRequests
They submit requests, message the team, view files and see billing from their ManyRequests portal.
Fixed-price and monthly services can be activated automatically after confirmed payment. Quote and “from” prices stay as “Request a quote” — nothing starts until the scope is agreed and payment is accepted. If a ManyRequests link is not set up yet, your brief and files stay right here on Makers Army.

What is the difference between a fixed-price job and a quote?
A fixed-price service has a defined scope and price. Work marked “from” needs a brief first so the scope and final price can be agreed in writing.
How many revisions are included?
Each service lists its included revisions. A revision adjusts the agreed direction; a new concept or changed brief may need a separate quote.
How long will my job take?
Timing depends on the service, current workload and how complete your brief is. You will receive a realistic delivery estimate before work begins; no invented rush promise is made on this page.
Can I send logos, photos or artwork I found online?
You must own the source material or have permission to use and modify it. You remain responsible for intellectual-property and licensing rights.
What will I receive?
Each service card lists its deliverables. Files, setup details or a handover are supplied according to the agreed scope.
What happens if the result needs rework?
Use the included revision rounds first. If Makers Army misses the agreed brief, we will correct that work. Refund eligibility depends on work already completed and any non-refundable third-party costs.
Do SEO or ads services guarantee sales or rankings?
No. The work improves setup and decision making, but platforms, competition and customer behaviour are outside our control.
